1. Purchasing Products
To purchase a product, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can review the items in your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. While creating a user account is not required for purchasing digital patterns or physical goods, creating an account is mandatory for accessing and participating in our online courses.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely via Bank Links or PayPal. Upon confirming your order, an invoice will be displayed on the screen and a copy will be sent to your email address. If paying via bank transfer, please ensure the order number is included in the payment description. Access to digital materials and courses is granted once the payment has been successfully received.
3. Availability
For physical products, we strive to keep our inventory accurate; however, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer either an alternative product or a full refund.
4. Account Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Online course accounts and access are strictly personal and intended for the account holder only. Sharing your account or course content without prior authorization is prohibited. All course materials, patterns, and digital downloads are intended for personal use only. Distributing, transmitting, or sharing these materials in any form is strictly forbidden and protected by copyright.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
