1. Purchasing Products

To purchase a product, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Creating a user account is not required to purchase products, but an account is necessary to participate in online courses.

2. Payment

Payment for orders can be made via bank link or PayPal. Once the order is confirmed, an invoice will be displayed and sent as a copy to your email address. If paying via bank transfer, be sure to include the order number in the payment details. Access to the purchased materials is granted once the payment is received.

3. Availability

The displayed availability of physical products may not always reflect actual stock. In such cases, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund.

4. Online Course Account Confidentiality

An online course account and course access are intended for the account owner only. Sharing course content or account access without permission is prohibited. Course materials, pattern sheets, and other resources must not be shared, transmitted, or distributed. These materials are for personal use only.

5. Returns

Virtual and downloadable content is non-refundable.
Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
